KHR_Specular export for glTF

Since now both glTF and Bender's Principled Shader support a specular map, it would be relevant to include the specular map when exporting a glTF/glb from Blender.

Specular can now be exported/imported since a few releases :)

glTF is not maintained by Blender Fundation, it is supported by Khronos itself. github.com/KhronosGroup/glTF-Blender-IO

Anyway. Specular in Principled Shader is specular level and do not specular color and it does not fit for specular workflow.

Probably best to ask on gltf addon github page, it's pretty active. Also it's possible this feature already has been implemented and version bundled with blender is bit outdated.
