Grease Pencil Passes

If we could get the grease pencil pass index option to work, the compositing process would be a lot simplier since there would be no need to create a render layer for each individual layer in grease pencil. Using a grease pencil material index in the id mask node on the compositor, color blending and effects for each individual material would be simplier to acomplish.
