Include The Snap Utilities Addon in Blender 2.81
I recently discovered an Addon called snap utilities and understand that the developer Germano Cavalcante is currently working at blender "working to implement precision modeling features directly in @Blender." and until then he has removed the plugin from the blender market but I think due to time constraints:

He haven’t yet implemented the tools natively in blender 2.81 so until that happen (in 2.82 hopefully) there is no way to acquire the plugin and I am proposing to include the plugin with the blender software as it is. it’s a really really awesome plugin for ArchViz and general parametric modeling It Includes:
A line Drawing Tool (is already included in blender), A Move from Selection point Tool, A Rotate on Selection point Tool, And a Extrude/Reshape (Push/Pull) Tool.
PS: I know the line tool is already bundled but I mean the whole pack.

* @akshayxw69 * hmmm... have the plugin stopped working for those who already have it?
* @leul.mulugeta * Don't know, just found this in a quick googling. You could use 2.80 for now if its essential to your workflow.
* @akshayxw69 * Yea but where to find the plugin.. i couldn't find it anywhere am hoping it will just be included
What a coincidence, I just discovered that addon today and here comes that proposal just right in time! I watched the demo video and I have to say these tools are absolutely essential, and should be given high priority. I was preparing to make a proposal for a rotational snapping, but there is no need no more!! ^^
* @Ryxx * Did you see the comment above you?
This tool is mostly underated . I think often people dont know that is shipped default but sadly deactivated in blender. So a lot of addons not activ by default .
2.81 beta is out i.e. only 4 weeks left till the final decision ppl vote b4 that for this to have a chance. developer.blender.org/project/view/88/
