pinned data block name always visible in properties panel
Hello,
I fined myself using the pinning in the properties panel more and more often. However when scrolling the properties down, the pinning symbol as well as the data block name scrolls with it. This often causes confusion to me, that something is actually pinned, as well as what is pinned.
In order to avoid this confusion, it could be nice if the pin symbol as well as the data block name would not scroll with the menu.

Like a lot you solution, clean. Honestly I would have this always even when it's not pinned, especially since it actually used to be like this. Before the introduction of property search in 2.91, datablock name & info were up in the header.
