Integration of a Real-Time Animated Brush Tool for Grease Pencil in Blender

Introduction and Context:

Greetings to the Blender community and developers. I'd like to propose an exciting and potentially groundbreaking addition to Grease Pencil in Blender, inspired by the capabilities of the Animbrush tool from Quill VR.

Description of the Proposed Feature:

The idea is to implement a "Real-Time Animated Brush" function in Grease Pencil. This tool would allow users to draw and animate simultaneously while the timeline is playing. This concept is akin to Animbrush in Quill, where artists can create fluid, dynamic animations in real-time, adding a level of interactivity and spontaneity to the animation process.

Advantages and Benefits:

Improved Efficiency: This tool could significantly reduce the time and effort required to create animations, especially for complex effects or detailed sequences. Enhances Creativity: By enabling animators to draw in a continuous flow, this tool can unlock new avenues of creative expression. Useful for Beginners and Professionals: Both novice and experienced animators could leverage this tool to experiment and refine their skills.

Suggested Implementation:

To integrate this feature into Blender, a new mode or option within Grease Pencil could be added. This mode would allow users to select an animated brush and start drawing in the 3D view while the animation is playing, with each stroke being added to the animation at the corresponding timeline frame.

That looks amazing!

I reckon it would greatly help any potential dev passing around here if the post also detailed how the tool works and how it could be implemented in Blender taking its constraints into account.
