One-click A/B toggling in render views
J and Alt J just cycle through the used slots, which makes it hard to do the classic and always useful quick swapping between images to examine render differences. It could be expanded of course to other more complex options but for now just this simple operation would be great. I was asking for A/B toggling way back in like 2.49 and can't believe it's still missing!

You know you can just hit slot numbers (eg. hit 1 or 2 to toggle between slot 1 and slot 2) in the render views, right?
However, I agree that it would be nice if each slot kept it's previous render so you could toggle back/and forth between previous/latest render on a single slot. I'm more used to that workflow, but I've gotten used to the "slot dance" in Blender LOL.
