Numeric panel access after object creation
A way to access the numeric panel after an object has been added and scaled or moved.
I know you can get this panel back immediately after adding the object using F9. However, there really needs to be a way to go back and make changes to things like number or sides of a cylinder or major and minor radii for a torus after it's been scaled (without using modifiers).
At the very least, some kind of button like [Apply] so that people know that they're committing to those settings.

There's more than one free addon out there that offers this workflow. BSMax is one example; you can edit your primitives whenever you like.
i think you can just place the cursor to selected and after deleting the object, add new torus with whatever value you want. Otherwise, just use geo nodes.
i have also suggested similar idea where i am proposing the option to add object as geo. nodes- blender.community/c/rightclickselect/lpxJ/ this way the simple objects like (cube, cylinder, sphere, torus) can be added with geometry nodes so user can change their values later and when he want to convert them into editable geometry he can convert it to mesh.
