The ability to draw on a overlay on top of the timeline
This would help with lip syncing animations if we could visually draw on an overlay on the timeline to see how sounds line up.

Makes a lot of sense to include an Annotation tool in the Timeline editor. I bet it wouldn't take too much either since the tool is already there.
