Highlight Properties
This is a simple suggestion that will have a big effect for those new learners of Blender from video tutorials as when the tutor is explaining something from the properties area, one is never sure where he is on the properties area, so my suggestion is to use a colour coded highlight as shown in my attached image (in any colour (except grey/background colour of interface of Blender (btw i have attached image of blender ver.4.5 alpha). Thank you all for the wonderful software :)

That's a theme property you can edit yourself.
The problem is that the entire tab gets colored so it's hard to make it work with all icon colors.
A potential solution would be to have an extra border/line indicator on the tabs, many other software do this and I can see why.
