Spreadsheet: Go to Row

Sometimes I know the index of the element I want to debug but it's tens of thousands deep. It would be nice to have a Go to Row operator where you just type in the row number and it takes you to that row. Typically in text/code editors this is CTRL-G though CTRL-F may make more sense with non-programmer users.
