Time delay and time lapse node compositor
Compositor can't delay movie clips. And it can't make time-lapse. You can do it in video sequence editor but it is not able to do other things that can be done in compositor

So.. You just asking for frame input for move clip node?
* @Pawel Piotrowski * that would also work
Actually you can. You just need to keyframe the rate at which it plays (import it with an image sequence node). Timelapse will of course give you better results than slowing down, because neither the VSE or Compositor gives you smart frame interpolation.
* @Marius * i am talking about a node that does that. So I can import a movie clip and delay it in a compositor
* @mihikardum * Yes, I understand that. You can do that in the compositor by keyframing the current frame in the image node (that you can use to open videos). Once it's open, you can keyframe the "offset". :) I know it's not a dedicated node for speed, but it works. :D If you want it to play at like 50%, you have to set a keyframe at 0, per default value, and a keyframe at frame 100 to -50. Twice the speed, set it at 200 at frame 100. To make sure you don't have to keep keyframing, extrapolate it in the F-curve editor on linear.
