Scroll on any in-app browser should actually scroll it.

I've never really understood this, and i think for every update to Blender I'm quite convinced that it must be fixed because its pretty obvious. But it'll never get fixed, so now i shed light on the UX issue! :)

When you have any sort of browser(esque) window open inside of blender, whether its the blender preferences, where to put a renderfile, the open-file-filebrowser. Hovering it and scrolling on the mouse wheel does nothing. You need to click it before scrolling works.

To my 10 year blender knowledge it has never worked and it would really make sense for it to just follow the industry standard of 99.99999% of all software.

(if this is a setting somewhere, maybe it should be on by default???)

I have never ever had issues scrolling in Blender's preferences or in Blender's file browser, and you are the first person I hear having such issue.

Have you tried reporting this as a bug?
