Dyntopo Fallof Detail Size

When we change the detail size of dyntopo to something really different, it would be nice to have a fallof or a ramp to make a better result.

Right now, we have this.

That give us a bad result when smoothing the area.

With a fallof for the detail size, the result could be perfect. If the previous detail size is set to 8 and the new is set to 3, the brush will make 3 to the center and 4,5,6,7,8 to the contour to make a better result.
