Enlarge keyframes that are directly beneath playhead

My keyframe scale factor is set to the default size (I think) and at this scale, any keyframes or handles beneath the playhead are almost entirely hidden. I think it would be a great addition to the UI if keyframes and handles automatically enlarged to at least 1.1x the width of the playhead when they are underneath it. I often can't tell if I'm on a keyframe or not.

Would it make more sense to simply draw keyframes over the playhead?

Sorry, i have to...:

Drawing-over definitely sounds simpler to me. But I suspect it might also look a bit overcrowded (i know my astigmatism sometimes struggles differenciating tiny bits of color close together on a bright screen at a glance ), and therefore, maybe both draw-over and enlarge would be nice?

Would it be easy to test all that?

I can attempt a PR for this! Though I am quite inexperienced. Drawing keyframes over the playhead would also fix the problem for me.

I submitted a new PR here: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/161659 . It includes keyframe scaling only.
