Bundle the Construct library to help with writing import/export scripts

Construct is a third-party Python library that lets you define the structure of a binary filetype in a fairly simple fashion; once you do, the library takes care reading and writing that filetype for you. (Construct isn't the only one—there are similar libraries like Kaitai Struct and Hachoir .)

Currently, import and export scripts have to handle binary reading and writing on their own, usually via the built-in struct module. I've found that working with Construct is faster and much easier, and the resulting code is easier to read.
