Checkboxes in menu for objects
I often don't know what type Smooth is selected, or what side is for normals, etc. I think that we can have chekbox for recognize state.

But these menus are not options. They are operators. They execute an action, that's it.
Yes. As desksonmars said, some faces can be smooth, and some can be flat on a single object. This wouldn't work.
Then in some ways it is very confusing to have this batch operation in object mode in my opinion.
I'd also appreciate if shade-flat and shade-smooth were a modifier based override that did not change whatever the original shade face values are.
To expand on what L0Lock's said - this would only work if all faces in the object are set to either shade smooth or shade flat, but since each face can be set individually in edit mode there are plenty of setups where neither would be true and the checkboxes wouldn't tell you anything. The Shade Smooth/Shade Flat operators just set all faces to one or the other; they're not a fixed state.
Regarding normals: there is a Face Orientation option in the Viewport Overlays which will tell you if a face is facing in or out, and in Edit Mode there are also options to display both face and vertex normals.
