Implement AND/OR/NOT controls for Line Types

In Freestyle we have the ability to negate Line Type selections and make them Exclusive or Inclusive.

In the Line Art modifier we do not have the same control

As development effort is going into the Line Art Modifier with performance gains etc, it would be nice to have the same level of control over edge assignments as Freestyle.
