Add a new similar selection by position
Sometimes you want to select all vertex a specific height for example Z 1.00 with a range of 0.1. Would be handy to select similar by X, Y or Z. :)
Currently the way to do it, is to go to orthographic side view, and box select, but with the shortcut for select similar is shift + g it would take less time

I think this will become possible once the node tools became part of blender? You can create your own selection method with this. see: projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/101778
