Save on quit dialog hotkeys
Hotkey convention for save/don't save dialogs before closing (at least on windows) is S/N or Y/N. In blender it's S/D, keys that are next to each other on most keyboard layouts, spelling potential disaster for someone who tends to use these shortcuts.
It would be nice to switch these to S/N or remove the hotkeys altogether (since enter and escape are already there), to prevent unfortunate accidents.

Could replace Don`t Save with Not Save. Pluses: the letter S is still as close as ever, and it fixes the occasional slip. It might be a bit grammatically incorrect, but sorry I'm not a native speaker(
I like them having them very close to my left, but having the options for those who have a problem with that is definitely a big plus, since it is different in most programs
