Selection of Collections & Searching Objects in Outliner - Select Parent Collection & Locate in Outliner

I work with very high number of unique objects, organized into multiple level collections. Since Groups are replaced with Collections in Outliner. We do not have ability to select whole collection just by selecting any object in that collection, like Groups in 2.79.

Command Shift+G to selects a whole Collection, it is useful but it is limited and not very fast. And when there are nested Collections, one inside another, the Command Shift+G doesn't work for it. As it can selects one-level of collection only.

My proposal is to add a two different features in 'Object Context Menu' of a Object. Which can help in Selecting nested Collections. And finding the selected Object in Collection.

Please see the attached Images for proposal. PTC Creo a CAD software has similar options. and those are life saving when finding part in a nested product assemblies.
