Using a ladder to change parameter values
Press and hold MMB do get a ladder to change parameter values from very small to very large.
A fast, and easy way to change Number Fields without goto keyboard.

I'm really into this proposal. Sometimes I wan't to change values in very little increments and see the results of my changes in real time. I can't without trying to find the right number by typing it in. Having a ladder like this would be really great and currently there seems to be nothing assigned to holding the MMB on a value slider.
