"Browse Brush" Option should stay while using gradient tool in weight paint mode

Hi, I can only choose the brush for weight painting, while I have the draw tool selected. The option to choose between draw, subtract, darken, lighten etc. disappears, as soon as a nother tool is selected. This doesn't make any sense, since the gradient tool would also profit of different brush strokes. For now, while I'm using the gradient tool, I have to click on draw-tool, then have the menu, change the brush-mode and go back to gradient tool. This is unnecessarily way too complicated.
