Outliner dragging/pasting links functionality

Outliner: How about a context-menu option Paste Linked? Reasoning: Copy and paste work in the outliner. Dragging works if the destination location is visible. Whether or not we get a scrolling-on-drag functionality, we might as well be able to paste linked. (Or does that exist already?)
