Use mouse scroll to rotate brush in drag dot sculpt brush

Current : when you want to rotate brush you use ctrl+f to rotate it then mouse click to stroke the brush

Suggestion : while dragging the brush with drag dot method, you can use mouse scroll to rotate your brush

this suggestion just specifically for drag dot stroke method, since in drag dot method using mouse scroll don't do anything currently
