Units and scale set up
I have never understands a Blender units and scale system. You open blender. Default cube is 2x2 meters > export to STL >open it somewhere else, boom it has 2 millimeters.
There should be world scale change setting. When you change the meters to centimeters it goes just 1m to 100cm there should be an option to convert the scale so the 1m become 1cm.
When you start working on object that supposed to be small and you resize all object to 0,01 scale and create a new object, its going to be enormously huge and every setting is kept that way.
So I propose setting, where you can change the scale you are working in by converting scene units and scale but keeping the value so convert scene where you work in meters to centimeters or milimeters but keeping the value 1m to 1cm to 1mm. Not just to add zeros as it is now when you change the dimensions in which you want o work like 1m to 100cm to 1000mm that doesn't change anything.
Also if the default cube is set to 2 metes I would expect that the exported STL will have 2 meters in all other programs.

That's yet another issue Blender's exporters have. They don't care about the unit you used, they don't propose you to choose another one either. You just have a scale factor and get over it. Other software have been doing that properly for years already.
The issue is that different programs have different default scales, just like different programs have different axis coordinate systems. Z-up, Y-up. 1 unit can be 1 meter, 1 centimeter or 1 inch. The other programs you're working with happen to use a different scale than Blender, but if the way Blender works is changed, then any programs where Blender used to work will break.
In short, you have to set up your units in your scene and your export settings correctly. It'd be great if that process was streamlined and made more accessible.
* @Janne Joensuu * Understand, but even tho. A set up blender to work in cm, with the unit scal of 0,01. so now the default cube is 2cm but it export the same size as the previous 2m cube. still 2mm in meshmixer. I have to grab the cube and S to scale it to change the export size. No matter what setting Iam using therefore, the size setting is useless for me and it is just as good as it would be any number of unknown unit.
The is already a property for that in the scene setup: Unit scale, juste under Unit System
* @Darknoodles * yes, it is. Resize the scene by putting the scale like 0,01 to convert meter to cm. It would be more understandable to convert the m to cm just by selecting the units. Whats more, it doesn't change the size. I use mesh mixer for 3D print preparation and the unit system in blender, actually don't resize the object. I have to manually scale it to the size I want. It completely ignores the units when export.
