Display Graph Editor FCurve side panel properties & modifiers in the Dope Sheet.

This is a bit of a mystery to me...

If you select a keyframe / channel in the graph viewer, you see all the properties of the active keyframe, fcurve and the fcurve's modifiers.

But if you select a keyframe or fcurve channel in the dopesheet, you get no properties appear in the right side panel.

Why?

I decided to look into this by checking the source. Interestingly, the code for displaying the same panels in the Dopesheet is partially written, but it is commented out (using a compile condition that stops it from being compiled).

Considering it should be dead simple to copy / refer from the Graph Editor panel code, I can't see any reason for not displaying it here as well.

Is there a legitimate argument against implementing this?
