Overextended Handles in Graph Editor

Sometimes when working in the graph editor a handle can become stretched far outside the working area. This limits the functionality of the graph editor when using "frame selected."

The handle can be scaled inwards but that becomes cumbersome when working on complex sets of animation within the graph editor.
