Save Asset Library Paths

So i just lost all my carefully configured asset library paths because i used the "File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings" button.

Now i know it's my fault, i should have read the doc of what this button does and not assume that it would only change the 3dView only.

However, i realized i had no way to quickly recover (ie the only way i have now to make it back is reconfigure everything, and i have tons of assets, so it will take some time, plus some of them require a particular setting like append and not append reuse, just a little nightmare...).

Thus i believe it would be nice to have a button in the "Preferences > File Paths > Asset Libraries" that allows us to save some "AssetLibrary paths presets", the same way this addon does for addons basically: sergeytyapkin.gumroad.com/l/addonspresets

This way, a user who carefully sets his/her asset library paths can save them, then recover in any situation (and not fear that one day he/she might inadvertently loose them completely without a way of recovering)
