Improving Startup Files

Currently startup files are just a 4 click procedure which doesn't give users any unique control over this feature.

I Propose Expanding This Feature To Include The Following:

• A new "Startup Templates" section in the file viewer where users can create and save their templates (This becomes the new step 4)

• Create as many templates as you'd like

• Come back any time if you need to make new changes to a startup file

• Have these startup templates appear in the "File > New" Section
