Shrinkwrap constraint - target collection(s) - target world

Shrinkwrap as raycaster is useful in getting effects for world interactions.

Current workaround is in GN to sample and instance/realize targeted world geometry (collection/obj info) so another object/bone can interact with a whole world object with minimal constraint stacking or modifier stacking for that matter.

However there is variable performance overhead depending on the world an user is effectively duplicating to achieve this.

Idea would be to add the function natively to constraint/bone constraint to target collection geometry.

A QOL consideration would be to have a switch "ignore self geo" to simply avoid dependency cycles if an object references its own collection (for bone constraints "ignore self" would ignore child meshes of its own armature.

Avoids busywork in multi-character scenes of setting up separate "interaction collections" for each character to remain out of dependency hell.
