Create New Collection in empty Collections 'M' Menu
I like to stay organised, and one of the best way to do so in Blender is by putting elements in collections. And as I like being really organised, I love to create new collections inside my already existing collections. And this is something you can do, only if you have already at least 1 collection inside your collection (you get this little dropdown menu which lets you create a new one if you'd like)
However, if you don't have one already, and you want a new collection in an existing collection, as you don't have this dropdown, you have to create one first in the Scene Collection and move it manually to your desired collection in the outliner. Which is fine but not ideal, mostly when you have to do this often with a lot of collections.
This is why I suggest we could have the possibility to create a New Collection directly from the 'M' Menu even if the collection doesn't children collections yet, maybe through a small '+' button that would change to the dropdown once there is one or more children collections.
