Index switch, but using the names of things instead

In geometry nodes you can use index switch to choose from lists of objects, materials, collections and so on, using an integer as the index. This means that you have to pre-populate the list with the available objects or materials etc.

It would be really useful if there was a node that let you specify one of these by name using a string, so that you don't have to set up the list of candidates in the node. This could be included in node graphs that programmaticaly generate the name of the object or whatever.

In this example the group input "int" could be used to select an object and a material, given that there was an object called "line.1" and a material "Material.001"

Then you could use the various text nodes to create the appropriate strings.
