Professionalization
Hello there,
As most of you already know, Blender is an Open-source software. As a games designer and a student, we are often told to instead use the likes of Maya or 3ds Max (which both suck compared to Blender… tbh) instead of Blender as the latter is “unprofessional”.
So here’s my suggestion:
Why not make a “Professional” paid version of Blender for it to be “Professional” in the name. This way, the industry could be able to accept Blender as a valid 3D modelling software and use it instead of the more complicated and outdated alternatives.
I’d like to know what everyone thinks about this. Thanks, Aris.

Industries don't adopt a software just because there's a price tag and a "pro" title on it...
Fair point. I realized my suggestion was irrational and not well-worded. The idea remains with making Blender more accessible for professional industries.
