Lock some vertices
Can we lock some vertices, edges, and faces? Currently, the editing method is to hide the vertices that we don't want to edit, but if we press alt+H, they will all be displayed, and the unwanted vertices will also be displayed again. We have to repeatedly select the unwanted vertices to hide and edit. It would be great if we could lock the vertices that we don't want to be affected by

You shouldn't repost proposals that already exist, it just makes all proposal less visible.
