Random offset when instancing alembic/usd in geo nodes

Let's say you distribute/instance a man running from an alembic file on a plane. They will all run at the same pace, in perfect sync. It would be nice to have a mechanism that would allow you to add an offset. I know of another software that can do this by just clicking on a check box on the instancer. You chose your offset and that's it. Imagine how powerful that is. You could have a forest with moving trees, or blades of grasse dancing in the wind. And of you are clever about it, you could simulate waves of wind blowing in the grass. But also, if used for videogrammetry, which is the next big thing in VFX, we also need to be able to offset the texture sequence per instances as the texture changes at every frame in videogrammetry.
