Rotate/zoom view around 3D cursor
Sometimes it would be very practical to rotate view (and zoom) around an exact, user defined point, like 3D cursor. As I know, currently it is not possible.

Hi. In the Preferences, have you enabled the "Obit Around Selection"? Preferences > Navigation > Orbit & Pan
There's also this addon, which could maybe interest you:
gumroad.com/l/dolly_zoom_truck_shift
blenderartists.org/t/camera-perspective-tool/699982
add an empty and parent the camera to the empty and rotate the empty.
You can zoom towards and rotate around the mouse cursor, but you have to enable this behaviour first. Go to Edit - Preferences - Navigation and enable "Auto Depth" and "Zoom to Mouse Position". Auto Depth automatically sets the camera focus to whatever is right under your cursor. Zoom to Mouse Position zooms towards the cursor instead of the screen's center.
Yes, I know this setting, but it uses mouse cursor, not the 3D cursor. In most cases it is ok, but sometimes much easier to use a fixed point as viewport rotation center, independently from mouse or actual selection.
