Curve Fill Mode should Default to Full (Paper cut)

I've been using blender for a while now and this has been bothering me for a while, every time we do curve modeling we have to go to to the fill mode and change it from Half to Full then adjust the bevel depth, this seems like an unnecessary extra step. Perhaps someone could change the default fill mode to Full, just to speed up the curve modeling process a tiny bit.

Maybe also we could put bevel depth/resolution settings to the add curve menus so you wouldn't need to visit the curve menu every time you need to do curve modeling?

Congratulations on getting it done! Thanks for your work.

I use half. But yes, full is oftener. Extra curves use Full as default.

I didn't expect this small issue to get this much attention. Thank you!

I've submitted this as a patch. Hopefully it can make it into 2.8. developer.blender.org/D4438

* @Alex * The default fill mode is now full. The UI proposal for the add curves menu is still pending.
