Modifier Groups and/or Pinning

It would be good to have a pinning feature in modifier order tab. like pinning a Bevel Modifier to always be last. Or better yet have groups in modifiers tab so for example if we have 3 groups (first, mid, last) by selecting a group in modifier tab your new modifiers will be automatically add to the last place in that group

example:

Group first [ 
boolean
boolean
boolean
]
group mid [
bevel
]
group last [
Array
]

so if I select group first my new added modifiers will be always placed at the bottom of group first. benefits? works good with so many addons and speed in workflow and also prevents accidental slow downs in adding a modifier.
