refresh icon for textures

Hi people

I often edit my textures in other software such as Photoshop or Substance Painter.

It would super cool if Blender could reload the textures automatically once updated, or at least add a refresh button next to the texture node itself.

thankyou

Yes!
Right now you must do it via image editor and it's so anoying.

This probably wouldn't be difficult to do as an add-on. But the reason why it's not on the node itself is to prevent it from getting too crowded. If you're in the Shader Editor or the Compositor, you can easily reload the text from the Properties region (<kbd>N</kbd>... it's in the Properties panel within the Item tab) .

* @Jason van Gumster * imagine you work with UDIM, and you have to reload 40+ textures. close and reopen blender is faster than reload each texture one by one.

and yes I'm using an addon right now :D

* @Massimiliano Puliero * Understood, but that's an issue with the UDIM workflow that isn't necessarily going to be addressed by adding this button to every Image node.

* @Jason van Gumster * that's also true

It updates when you switch to rendered view, but yes this should be added.
