Global Orientation for knife tool (Faster Hard Surface/Archviz Modelling)

Hello guys. I would like to propose a feature that would allow the user to orient the knife cut by basing it on the global axis or in some cases basing it to the targets local axis.

I am aware of the great blueprint feature that Mr. Pablo is currently working on but I am not sure if this would also apply on knife tool. I hope it will.

This would probably make knife tool workflows much easier and faster with all the posibilites or ruler functions, regular snappings, and also more angular snappings.

I hope we could add similar features like this in the future. Thanks.
