Remove Key-config Prompt Window

Hello, I was working on a key-map edit for about 45 minutes and accidentally clicked the minus button without knowing.

Is there a prompt setting I can turn on for key-maps similar to how the "Save changes before closing" prompt appears upon exiting blender?
