More support for WASD navigation users

I'm new to blender and first thing I felt desire to have is WASD nav.

blenderartists.org/t/bind-a-key-to-enter-walk-navigation

keep in mind: In conjunction with this my Sidemouse is set to zoom with mouse and 2nd Sidemouse = pan with mouse

I set view3dwalk to middlemouse:

3D Vieww > 3D View (Global) > Add New:view3d.walk

Or just Right Click on the command in the 3D View Menu > View > Navigation > Walk Navigation : Assign Shortcut

You can change that once you set the hotkey, and find the entry in the Keymap (refer to thepath from previous post). Then expand the entry, and also expand View 3D Walk Modal. That’s where you can change all the Modal hotkeys

in modals> set confirm to just middle mouse on release

The following would go a long way to add WASD support: I would like 2 speed intensities for WASD (walk) camera Nav in pref>input>view nav could add a secondary speed add a binding for View3d.walk Speed 2 as like ctrl + middle mouse.

as well as a way to hold say ctrl to slow down the following two keys: view3d.move , I've set this to button5 mouse and view3d.zoom , ...set to button4 mouse

WASD navigation is useful in larger scenes, Yes. I don't want it to block any of the more important shortcuts though.
