A more Dope Dope Sheet!

I have a couple of suggestion for improving the workflow in the dope sheet. I find it very hard to read and navigate at the current state because of the legibility of the keyframes on it.

My suggestion is to reduce the opacity of the Keys that came before of the open properties. Reducing the amount of white dot's on the viewport, that yay it's only highlighted what I want. imgur.com/AsZmrMr

Ability to "Pin" or create folder for specifity things such as Cameras, or sets of animation, like a section that I may want to move later, I just need to adjust the folder, not all dots on the dope sheet.

Ability to "staircase" and "randomize" keyframes, very usefull for creating animations.

Highlight more on the dopesheet the selected object, it's very hard to find the selected object currently.
