Pretty much everything that is in the video. I just felt like it should be on here because it pretty much fits with everything else on here. There isn't just one specific thing, though.

That's the problem. If it's more than one thing, make more than one proposal. Otherwise, it's difficult to discuss and address each thing individually. Not everyone may agree with everything in the video, so all of the ideas are unnecessarily bundled together. That makes it difficult to evaluate in the future whether this proposal was actually addressed by a developer.
