Free header option
I would love to be available to move the buttons and menus of the headers to my desire configuration, just like what we can do with the side panels in the 3D view.

In general, I like Blender's decisions regarding how they are positioning the elements of the interface. But I am in favor of adding the possibility to move elements of the interface with drag & drop, almost all the softwares implement this capability. And in a community with so many different opinions this would avoid discussions since each user could position UI elements as they prefer.
I think the concept is very good. This is alot like zbrush. But maybe you could change the design a little and make it more subtle.
