if you want to work precisely fast with the weighting tool, it would be good if the weighting is displayed when you move the mouse cursor over the vertex

It'd be nice if that was an overlay, so people can choose to see it. It reminds me of the edge length overlay, except for weight paint. It's nice to visualize data.
