Bforartists (a UI fork of Blender) has exposed and iconized all nodes in the node shelf, so you can pin panels and use them for click and paste. Highly recommend.
* @Andres Stephens - Trinumedia * I tried it but don't find anything like panels at top bar.
* @mrajendra2150 * They are to the side in the nodeshelf, under three tabs (input, modify, relations) so you can pin and collapse panels to how you want. It's a not quite like how you want, but it has the same point and click idea with iconography.
