move to 3D Cursor
3DC rotation can be adjusted only in 3DC tool setting. I believe it should be editable in all Modes. And for "selection to cursor" if we could have an option to use 3DC rotation for transformation, that would be great.

I would also add : copy 3d cursor orientation to Origin.
