Alembic subframes calculation for particles

This feature is crucial for rapid motion. If you use particles emission on a rapid moving alembic the emission will occur with visible portions. And the only way around at the moment is to stretch your animation n-times, simulate and render each n frame. Which is not very handy and only applicable for rendering, but not for exporting the simulation. I'm suggesting having a Subframes numeric input somewhere in particles settings. The current Subframes option doesn't work for alembics.

I think this is also relevant to Mantaflow.
