Collapsed Node Tooltips
It would be nice to have a simple tooltip pop up when you hover over any node input/output dot if the node is collapsed, just to save the step of toggling it open to see what it is.

There's a patch around for having more descriptive tooltips: blender.community/c/rightclickselect/2Qgbbc/ . As far as I know, it also fixes your Proposal: developer.blender.org/D9967
